Before the parcel leaves us

Once payment is authorized, an order normally needs 1–2 business days for preparation. Carrier travel begins after this processing stage.

Travel time and shipping cost

Delivery in transit is generally estimated at 4–6 business days after dispatch. The available service and its charge appear at checkout. This is an estimate, not a promise of arrival on a particular date; weekends, applicable holidays and carrier events may affect it.

Address, updates and exceptions

Check the destination details before submitting an order. We share tracking when available, though scans may lag. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged or marked delivered but not received, write to oxocunacu16@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and any tracking reference.
